Pet Friendly! No Breed Restrictions!

  • All pets must have shots required by statute. Documentation is requested when completing the required Pet Profile at PetScreening.

  • Breeds with a disposition for aggressive behavior may be denied by the property manager on a case-by-case basis.

  • Be prepared to provide a picture of your pet and vaccination records.

  • Limited to 3 pets total.

  • One-time non-refundable fee: $300; additional pets: $100 each. Monthly pet fee is due with rent and varies by PetScreening result.

  • PetScreening is used to keep pet information, photos and vaccination records together. Household pet, assistance animal and no-pet profiles are supported, with household pet profiles renewed annually.
