"This letter has been composed due to the extraordinary service I received from Ms. Sydney Deitsch, when I came in March 25th to look for an apartment. I moved to Las Vegas, just this past week, and I have been looking for a place to call my home this whole time. I have never once received the type of personal, professional, and outgoing service as I did with Ms. Sydney. She was so warm, welcoming, efficient, and completely thorough. It wasn't long before I realized that I was 100% sure that I wanted to live at Copper Creek. That says a huge amount, because I am the type of person that looks at EVERYTHING, before I make a decision. After she personally took me to every apartment that I was interested in, Sydney helped me make the decision on which one specifically I wanted, and that was it! I was done! I never imagined that this cumbersome task of finding an apartment would be so quick, easy, and so surprisingly enjoyable! I trusted her only after just a few minutes, and appreciated everything she did for me. There was no sales pitch, and no pressure, which meant the most to such a deliberating customer as myself. I even feel that I have made a new friend in this town. Thank you for having Sydney as one of your most valuable employees. Out of my 26 years of living, I haven't found anyone as remarkable as she in the very important areas of hospitality and customer service." ~ E.M.

"I have recently moved out and just received my deposit and my business with Copper Creek is now complete. I was an original tenant of my apartment when I moved in August of 2003. For 7 years I had the pleasure of living there and I can honestly say I would not have had it any other way. Whenever I had a problem, it was dealt with promptly, and with a smile. The staff, management, maintenance workers and everyone else should be proud of themselves. I have and will continue to recommend you to others. Many businesses are cutting back in several ways nowadays, and in general customer service has taken a back seat. Copper Creek certainly never cut back on professionalism and courtesy and the staff should be commended. I'm happy I was able to buy a new home and move out, but I am honestly sad to be leaving my "family" at Copper Creek. I will miss you all dearly." ~ E.F.
